Training Youth Diversion Providers

We are in our final weeks of the Youth Diversion Provider Trainings in partnership with the new Los Angeles County Department of Youth Development (DYD). Led by expert practitioners, the training series brings together 20 youth diversion providers from community-based organizations throughout the County. The 14 trainings build upon each other to enhance the ability of diversion providers to successfully work with the diverse population of youth in LA County.

Research shows youth who participate in prearrest diversion programs are 2.5 times less likely to reoffend.
